At Ngalawa 

Sailing & Fishing on board of our Ngalawa, this little wooden "catamaran" made of mango tree. You can even sail it by yourself helped by our local expert fishermen. Try a sunset sailing trip of 2 hours or half a day fishing with rods or without if you like the local way. You can also troll with rapala or other lures and get big tunas, red snapper or other king fish !

Snorkeling along the beach or by visiting the sand islands (Funguni or Maziwe) for a day. You will end up walking in the middle of the ocean and seeing magnificent little fishes. 

Walking, biking on this pristine bay of Ushongo, going by foot along the beach to Pangani is a delight you wouldn't .miss. Visiting the Maasai Village closeby (3 km), learning about their particular lifestyle in their Boma. Or you would like to say the Kiboko (hippos) in a pound nearby. 

Swimming any day of the year, anytime of the day or the night in this ever warm water of the Indian ocean without any danger to face !

Sadaani National Park where you can find most of the animals to be seen in Tanzania : elephants, hippos, crocodiles, buffalo, giraffe, antelope, eland, yellow baboon and a huge variety of birds. In Ushongo Bay 

Deep Sea Fishing    Our friend Mike who lived his whole life in Ushongo will take you on the best spot with his 200 hp fishing boat. Trolling, jiggling, casting ... all the ways are fine to catch big baracudas or other big cole cole !
